Humiclima presents its new Energy Management Software, a new service Humiclima provides from our Energy Solutions Department.
The Software Monitoring at real time the energy consumption.
This would make possible to get back the investment done in less than a year.
Our own experience shows that introducing our software, energy could be saved up to a 18% just changing some usage habits and detecting inefficiencies if any of the installations.
A Monitoring System of consumption would enhance the introduction of ISO 50.001.
It is a mixed system (hardware/software) which by means of the networks analyzers installed in the panel boards and through internet, sends information about the energy consumption of those panel boards being monitoring. It is also possible to monitor another energy consumptions such as those of natural gas, fuel, hot water…
The functions more representative of this system are:
* Monitoring
Finding out and Analyzing the Energy consumption in any moment through graphics and tables. This is the first step needed to save Energy.
The system allows, using the web technology, collecting on-line many graphics, consumption reports and tables showing several electrical parameters, providing that way a comprehensive advice.
*Alarm Management
This system allows us to control the installations through automated management alert systems through the web mail and the SMS delivery to mobile phones 24h a day, 365 days a year.
*Telecontrol
Controlling applications at a distance.
*Online Energy Management
The system includes Smart Management which advises about possible suggestions to enhance saving , changing to a new contract in the electricity supply company or modifying the installations in a particular building . The system interprets monitoring data (averages) and the invoices received which help in the saving procedure.
